Taking care of your custom shirts, epoxy tumblers, resin pieces, mugs, and drinkware ensures they stay beautiful, vibrant, and durable for years to come. Following these simple instructions will help protect your investment and keep your items looking brand new.

CUSTOM APPARELL CARE

WASHING GUIDE

  • Turn shirts inside out before washing

  • Machine wash on cold with mild detergent

  • Avoid bleach or harsh chemicals

  • Wash similar colors together

DRYING INSTRUCTIONS

 

  • Air dry for best results

  • If using a dryer, tumble dry on low heat


 

Ironing & Heat Care:

 

  • Do not iron directly on the design

  • Turn the shirt inside out if ironing is necessary

  • Avoid high heat and fabric softeners

 

Epoxy Tumbler Care Instructions

Stainless Steel Drinkware Care (Non-Epoxy)

Cleaning:

  • Hand wash only with mild soap

  • Avoid soaking or submerging for long periods

  • Do NOT use a dishwasher

Heat & Safety:

  • Do NOT microwave

  • Do not expose to extreme heat or freezing temperatures

  • Avoid dropping or knocking against hard surfaces

Cleaning:

  • Hand wash with warm water and gentle soap

  • Use a bottle brush for deep cleaning

  • Allow to fully air dry with lids removed

Avoid:

  • Bleach or chlorine

  • Freezing liquid inside

  • Microwave use

Resin Product Care (Keychains, Coasters, Décor, etc.)

Custom Mug Care Instructions (Ceramic, Sublimation, etc.)

Cleaning:

  • Wipe gently with a soft cloth

  • Mild soap only (no harsh chemicals)

  • Avoid abrasive scrubbers

Storage & Use:

  • Keep out of direct sunlight to prevent yellowing

  • Avoid placing resin near high-heat sources

  • Store separately to avoid scratches

Cleaning:

  • Hand wash recommended for long-lasting print

  • Avoid harsh scrubbers on printed areas

  • Dishwasher top rack is safe for some mugs, but hand washing preserves quality

Heat Safety:

  • Most sublimation mugs are microwave-safe

  • If unsure, avoid microwaving to protect the design
